At 63, Tony Stoltzfus has experienced the whole gamut of life, from 38 years of marriage with his wife Kathy (still ongoing) to deep betrayals by close associates; from joy and peace to struggling with depression, from living with his family in a unheated hunting cabin with mold growing on the ceiling to a beautiful custom home on a mountain ridge—only to have that home burn down and lose everything. His motto is, ‘nothing can happen to you that God won’t make something beautiful out of.’

Tony is an accomplished author, trainer, coach, and ministry leader, whose extensive experience working with the hearts of thousands of people has made him a master in the art of engaging the emotional brain. He has personally coached hundreds of pastors and non-profit leaders, specializing in helping people meet Jesus in their most difficult experiences in life. Tony’s writings include over 20 books which have sold several hundred thousand copies worldwide. He’s launched several training organizations, most recently MetaFormation (an Encounter Coach training institute), has done hundreds of multi-day workshops which use an experiential adult-learning model, and has trained thousands of Christian coaches over a 25 year period. In over 50 years as a believer, Tony has been involved in everything from worship leading and cell group leadership to church consulting and church oversight.
